I think it is per set.. Down on the page, there is a description section and you open it it shows more information "PER SET".

Thanks….4K per wheel is a bit steep. I was hoping it would be $1500 to $2k for a set of 4 (no more than $500 per wheel). Sucks because I really like how that wheel looks.
