Whistling noise

Hello,
Happy new year for all.
My car now is 135 Kmiles. Recently I am hearing whistling noise which is not clear to me. I can hear only if I accelerating near to wall, high kerbs on different speed but not accurate. For example if I was on highway near to 60cm height Kerbs and windows is open and car speed around 60MPH, I can hear that sound from the front left (the sound like serpentine belt squeaking noise "shown in the example video below" in cold when it is wear out). Another time I can hear in raod between walls while windows open and the car speed aroun 30MPH continously. The noise will gone by acclerating.

But I can hear the similar sound over some bumps and speed aroun 25MPH(It could be another issue) but only over the bumps. What do you suggest, is it wheel bearing issue, Brake pads or tires.
My brakes was repleace from 15kmiles
My tires are Michelen pilot sport 4 all season sport MOD year 2021.

Update: Sound like bird singing.and the sound I heard it yesterday while I washed my car a day before.

Looking forward to hear your advices before get the car to the shop for investigation as it is hard to get the noise sound clear.

noisy call

One of the 6 front ball joints or stabilizer links... all of which need to be replaced regularly.

Get your car worked on only by an MB specialist. All those cars feature the same exact problems.
Make sure only OEM parts are used, not compatible look-alike marginal quality.

It's cheap parts and an easy job.

From 3 months, I have checked everythinf underneath the car and everything is looking great but I will double check that.
I read some articles related to grill and wind issue for E63 as my car have 63 grill so it could be the same?

if it's all the plastics are making noise, turn up the stereo sound.

When you checked it did that include cycling the suspension? I push on the car to cycle, or if the car is stiff I'll use a jack to lift and drop it. Odds are good that'll find suspension noise.
If all fails I'll douche every moving part with WD-40 to see I get lucky.
