Painted my calipers

Here are a few photos of my 2011 W212 E550 with painted calipers I went with red G2 paint kit the front look great because I can easily add the AMG decal but on the rear calipers I can’t really do a whole lot unless they sell plates or covers to make the rear calipers look more flush.

Let me know what you guys think, and if have any ideas or suggestions on what I should do with the rears. Thanks!

I think you just gave me another project. Not sure what you can do on the rears, but I think they look great. I assume you can get the G2 in other colors? From what I have read some will clear coat over the decal while others say no clear coat..

Painting calipers is on my list to do also. What did you do to prep? How is the paint holding up?
I wanted to put a decal/sticker on caliper as well. I worried about the heat and how it would up?

I use the G2 kit on Amazon. It’s like $70. Everything is holding up great the pain is amazing. The decal is also not falling off. I wash my car multiple times.p I would say it’s one of the best paint kits out there for the caliber. It’s time-consuming, but it’s pretty easy to do yourself.

Its $5 cheaper from G2USA if your in the US, saves on amazon inflated price tactics.

Looks good man. I used g2 on my calipers as well. Highly recommend it. G2 recommends not using a clear coat due to the high gloss of the epoxy paint itself. I didn’t paint over my decal, I just found some high heat vinyl decals and hoped for the best.
