They are stored. Clear them and see if they return. They can probably be ignored. Did you select the magnifying glass to the right of STORED to see a further explanation?
Already tried clearing them but they are back after some time! What does it exactly mean?
and yes the magnifying glass is just useless google search with the code. I think the ignition lock error is because the precious owner of the car got its steering lock removed.

these ghost faults are transients. They are marginally active conditions market as stored. This is a way to request service attention.
For our practical purpose, transient faults are actively not working well.
1 > Aircon flaps...
-- The fact both L+R bith trigger at the same time means the issue is something they share in common.
-- The solderless flap actuators are not expected to go the distance without greasing service but then each would trigger faults separately!
-- The short list is then either the painted footwell GND post or the solderless AAC module itself. Of course connector oxidation with A/C condensation is also eligible to mess up harmess connectors.
2 > Parktronic stored transients
-- Poor connections can have gotten soaked through loose connectors ..?
-- "Deoxit" protecting oil may help renew oxidized contacts.
-- Extremely long skinny wiring traveling near noisy harness can pick-up disruptive glitches.
-- Explore this circuit specific grounding location.
