Need input in this vehicle

I am in a hunt to replace a written off w204 and I always want a W212 pre-facelift. I found one that only has 70k kilometers in the motor. Here is the build sheet:

https://www.mbdecoder.com/decode/WDDKJ5GB0AF009022

Only thing missing is the backup camera which won't be a problem as I can add that one afterwards. The interior is like bnew and only a few hairline wrinkles on the nappa leather.

I know these cars are almost bullet proof but anything to watch out for? I did look at the typical oil leak areas and did not find any and no rattle during cold starts. All the electronic gizmo in the vehicle works including the rear retractable sun shade. I placed a deposit on the vehicle as I managed to haggle it down to $11k plus tax.

Did you take your LAUNCH Creader Elite 2.0 BENZ along and scan the car?

Have you scheduled a pre-purchase inspection?

buying decision process

You won't be disappointed when you come prepared. All it needs is either early maintenance or repairs later.

I can't see anything regarding essentials :
engine type
suspension type
transmission type
....

You have leather seats... what's not to enjoy at that price point, such a great value!

Look at accident reports for bent frame/unibody eating tires.

Don't worry about the factory-standard leaks except "$10k-oil-in-harness". Check this religiously to protect the value of your asset.

If you so choose get the cylinders walls scoped or get a CPO inclusive coverage policy. One of the MBW forum vendors sales that

I brought my foxwell NT510 elite with the benz software and did not find a single fault. I drove it through it's spaces and it is smooooth compared to my W204.

No need for pre-purchase inspection as I know where to look at the usual culprits. Look under the car and I don't see anything worn out on the bushings and no clunking on the suspension on speed bumps. The car has full service records as well. The car is not perfect outside (small dings and scratches here and there) but I already allocated funds to refurbish the exterior. Was really looking for a very clean interior and low mileage car and looks like I found one.

I'll look at the oil-in-harness problem which I know is a typical MB problem. No major accident. Only one small fender bender at the front which was a $900 claim.
