Can you pls translate your fault codes into english?
Using your scanner, have a look at the AAC Module...
any faults ?
if not data stream will make this obvious.

major disruptions
Great, thank you for this collection.
From this report you see your accelerator pedal is acting unreliable: LIMP MODE CEL cause.
In adition outside sensor circuit is flagged as faulty. If you know for fact, testing is consistent then look for poor GND at footwell.
I recommend you forget Aircon for now to focus on ACCELERATOR PEDAL as your top priority No1. This is potentially what forced previous owner into the ditch.... that messed up temp sensor.
Use your scanner to read pedal sensor... a poor connection is 90% cause. There was a recall on defective accelerator built with unsoldered pins that cost millions to replace.

This temp sensor uses a connector that is almost water proof for a while...
visually check from water oxidation. Use RTV Silicone sealant!
