Intelligent Light System Sluggish

However i have noticed that sometimes it seem a bit almost sluggish. Not reacting as fast on oncoming traffic as i have seen it do many times.
Does anyone have any ideas on what could cause this intermittent sluggishness?

HL Modules check wheel speed with ESP and talk to one another.
Great question to which is the answer is your chassis needs a REBOOT.
It will help temporarily... likely 7 to 10 days.
Preliminary step us scan the whole chassis for a free comprehensive network overview.
Even "factory mint" modules can dysfunction. Given a chance they gang up and argue with one another creating data.

Keep glass/windshield clean and perhaps scan the camera's windshield heater strip/element at the front windshield, is it in good working order ?
My heater has gone kapoot, but I never use my Dynamic LED ILS for auto high beam anyway.
Here is the heater, it is called R50

That sounds plausible and by REBOOT you mean both batteries disconnected for a couple of hours?
Not sure i want to do that because i save my LONGtime stats for fuel consumption app.20000km right now

New windshield (OE) 4mths ago and i wash my car far to often, so clean, check!

Over 20k.Km you already have a good idea what is fuel consumption like.
Fuel consumption is a complex topic with many variables. It's hard to make progress and still compare apple to apple while ECU maps are in transition.
Explore this link about VOLTAGE normalization. You'll find a link to REBOOT procedure included.
