Choosing new 18" rims for 2014 sport, pics inside - please let me thoughts

Recently picked up a 2014 dolomite brown e350 sport, 4matic, really digging how smooth it rides and want to stick with 18''s this time. The current sport rims are curbed and faded but not too bad, I was thinking about just getting spacers but $700-$900 for a new set/design had me thinking. Plus prices might increase soon. Really like the carbon AMG wheels, (#3 option) but it's a staggered set up - will the 18x9.5 +43 rears poke out too much? The 245 40 tire might look a little stretched too, but no plans to lower. I appreciate your time.

Great idea ! Good to stick with 18's, personally I am in the saga of having to remove my 19x8.5 rims (style #3 above) because they rub because the offset is +35 and they stick out too far. I'd think with 18's you'd be ok with +35 offset, but make sure beforehand. I learned the hard way that the Ebay "it fits" isn't always the case. For style of rim, here's my thoughts:

1 - Love these, classic look
2. Like them, but in 18's I think the design would make them look small
3. Love these, these are what I chose and they do look amazing, look up my post (I only have like 2) and you'll see them. Keep in mind mine are 19's
4. I do like this design, but you can tell straight away it is an aftermarket of the AMG wheel and therefore, meh ?
5. Ok, but doesn't look like it belongs on an E-class in my brain

18" or 19" rim/wheel as long as tire actual diameter stay the same. ET35 on 18" will rub like line ET35 on a 19"

My suggestion ET45 as lowest. Standard is ET48

.

What size were you guys running with the ET35 19's?
I have 19x8.5 35ET 225/40/R19 Front and 19X8.5 38ET 255/35/R19 Rear on E350 4Matic and they didn't rub.
I like the look of 19's but you run into rim problems with potholes they crack easy

#3 is my favorite, does look like an aftermarket copy of an AMG wheel, but those are rare and expensive

Thank you for the replies and feedback, really appreciate it. Leaning towards #3 and #4. With #4, I think the machined face would match the chrome trim better, but with #3 I like the offsets better.
This poster below has +35 18x8.5 all around no issues with 245 40's.

I was running 255-35-19 on 8.5 ET35 all the way around. Didn't rub in the back, didn't rub in the passenger front, only rubbed the top of the wheel-well on driver side front (probably because I was sitting in the seat). Only going straight over mild dips, no issues turning left or right, even over dips. It was ever so slight, but it was there.

225-40-19 probably would have been a wiser tire choice. Do your front tires look "skinny" on those rims?

Been a while, I ended up with +38 offset all the way around. 18x8.5 all four. I think 35 will work for the rear but stick out too far in the front, very happy with 38 all around.
