S212 Seats replacement
Hello guys , I am the owner of a 2014 s212 facelift and i want to change the front and rear seats because i have that mbtex thing and in summertime if i drive more than 15 minutes , when i get out of the car i look like i pissed myself😂 I want to change them with the alcantara ones and i wonder if the seats from the sedan fits on my estate or if they fit from RHD car to LHD. Thanks a lot!

After alot of searching and almost giving up I found this seller Motopes on AliExpress ended up using eBay to purchase from them and I was very skeptical but I am happy with the outcome. It is from China. 350 USD. Advertised as Nappa leather. Definitely nice feeling smooth fabric I just can't testify to the longevity of it yet. The colour I ordered was burgundy and they sent more of a blood red maybe I dunno but I think it exceeded expectations. 7 or 8 out of 10 at least. Also the seller is very responsive stands by the product which was a surprise.

Don't know if sedan to wagon or L to R drive will work. Call your local MB parts department.

our 80s/90s vintage Mercedes (W123, W124) with the old MBTex, that stuff was DURABLE. drivers seat on several of our cars had way over 250K miles by the time we retired them.... I read somewhere, in .EU, they called it Taxi Leather.
The 'Artico' or whatever they call it now is far more fragile, my wife's drivers seat has a split seam across the middle and I don't think she has 70K miles on it.
