I have the full digital dash on my truck. Yes, it's nice, but the 212's facelift gauge cluster is beautiful in comparison. I would like to have a larger android capable screen for the infotainment however.

LOOKS VERY MODERN
it looks like the basic functions are running well. I wonder if it has built-in support for the fancy options.
IC-Display is one of the most reliable modules in this car.
I REALLY WONDER if ECU / SAM / EIS have no issue dealing with a generic module, No VIN, No mileage....

I was also wondering if it was "smart" enough to show errors, tire pressures, miles, service intervals.....If it had some higher end integration (entertainment/maps) I would have already ordered it.

FUNCTIONS BEYOND LOOKS
I believe that's where the integration stops. The bar is high to integrate this well.
IC-Display module talks to ESP/ABS to read wheel sensors. ECU talks to ESP a lot as well.
IC is not just a casual module... by talking to ESP over CAN-C it has the potential to affect [engine <--> tranny] time sensitive data (banging shifts).
This device would benefit some type of official certification, review, applicable chassis...
