Tried doing a search but couldn't find something that addressed this. The passenger side AC is blowing hot in my 2010 E350. Drivers side is cold. All settings are set to max AC. what could cause the passenger side to blow hot like that?

One of the flap actuator is calling for service or low in refrigerant ie. leak!
Use a $150 "cReader elite MB" scanner to read live data and faults from your A/C Module.
Then condition may all become clear to decide on fixes.

The only differences between the V1.0 and V2.0 is: Having an internal battery and variant coding as well as portrait and landscape screen.. unsure if the processor is also different.

Hmmm I mean I don't ever use that site, forum members recommended a different site I think it was called kingbolen or something, they have a warehouse in the usa, they sell Launch branded scanners along side kingbolen branded ones.
XENTRY is a professional expert tool with a tough learning curve. It's not a casual tool for everyone.

An handheld scanner shows fault codes and exposes live data under 5mn out of the glove box... no computer degree required for perfectly good troubleshooting: KISS principle.
