How could a circlip be removed, when the method is to squeeze it and make it smaller, when there is that plastic ring in red dots being there to prevent circlip from "shrinking"

Please humor me ......

I don't want brute force way, I want proper way.
This is the most powerful circlip ever removed from my car, at the rear DIFF.
At least it is free to shrink....

it looks the inner plastic insert is used as a clip security, right?

Is there a way you can you press down on the plastic-insert to help with your circlip removal ?

That dessicant tube zone can be up to 300 psi pressure, maybe the o-ring grips too tight.
Most uses thread on the cap, so no need circlip. easy.

I think I must hammer the off-white cap like below video

Yellow plastic disc in the 10-year refresh should be replaced.
Use a small flat tool to pry up the inner three teeth of the circlip. When squeezing the circlip ears, the first ear needs to be lifted while squeezing to lift over the plastic disc.
Each ear can be lifted with a small flat tool while the circlip pliers are squeezing. The clip should come out in a spiral fashion. Not all at once like a common circlip.
Throw the circlip and plastic disc in the rubbish.
Install new circlip and new disc.

I hammer it down about 3mm, just like the video, but I use soft blow hammer.

The only hose set which I will not renew is the one with IHX internal heat exchanger, because its rubber hose portion is NOT at hottest zone ( engine bay) like the other 3 hoses.
The other 3 will be renewed.
Dessicant bag shall only be opened -10 to 20 minutes to complete sealing of hvac system.
This time I can vacuum down to 100 micron I hope.

Out of the 120cc of ND-8 compressor oil, i have the opportunity to at least replace 40cc or up to 60cc....so awesome this opportunity.
