2014 E350 wagon rear camber
Quick search seems to reveal there is no rear camber adjustment. I see there are aftermarket upgrades to address this.
one option seems to be replacing the upper arm with an adjustable one. The other option seems to be replacing the lower bushing with an adjustable setup. Is one better than the other?

When I replaced the air bellows a few years back, I ended up removing the lower control (spring) arm bolts in order to gain more access to remove the bags.
As I recall the bolt holes are a bit slotted enough that allows the camber to be adjusted. Even the WIS instructs to raise wheel carrier until the rear axle shaft is roughly horizontal, then tighten all the bolted connections which have been screwed on loosely.
I'm glad someone else said that about the website! it is a little confusing to me.
i sent them an email trying to confirm the correct part number kit for my wagon. i believe the correct kit for me is 502126K.

But if I have issues later in cars life; I will buy the front-end kit.
couple dumb questions-
1- if I don’t have any issues with toe, is it ok to skip installing those? I’m really only after the extra camber adjustment.
2- what’s a good camber setting for the rear post install?
i didn't get the addl toe bushings in, mainly because i ran out of time, and i assume all of the bolts are seized and i will need new ones, which i didnt have.
i did the alignment myself sunday and i set my rear camber to about -1.

If you didnt get the bolt out how did the control arm come off?
If we are talking about the spring control arms I had to remove/install mine twice when replacing the springs. Did it twice because I installed the wrong size upper shim back in and the rear was sitting too high. After removing the nut I used my impact wrench and the bolts reversed themselves right out.
What specific ball joint press did you use? The MB tools are expensive. I bought the MB tool for outer bushing in the wheel carrier and it was around $200.
