How many Km's/Miles have you have gotten out of a full tank?
I drive almost always on highway roads. I just got 650 Kilometres out of a full tank which I think is not at all great. I drove in Eco mode exclusively. I am curious if it is right for me or am i supposed to go longer on a full tank?

Your best shot at saving gasoline is to use the cruise control MB DistronicPlus.
ECO stands for "Engine Cut Off".
This feature has no incidence while traveling at Hwy speeds. Only used for stop-N-go S/S while driving around city.

I am used to getting from 25 to 32mpg City/Hwy as reported by dashboard using the Costco premium petrol.
This is no lightweight Prius. Above 20mpg with good driveability... I am satisfied with GDI power & efficiency.

Also you must state your fuel tank size, it differs market to market.
Example, mine is 59 liters only, or US Gallon 15.58 and you claimed yours being 80 liters ?
Always clock the mileage when re-fuelling to maximum full. This is the most accurate way to see fuel mileage.
Don't use the car fuel mileage computer, its not accurate to log the entire fuel tank worth of use.
650 KM out of a fuel tank is vague statement, at what actual liters did you re-fill the tank for that 650km ?
When I was younger, I kept written logs of my fuel consumption and every fuel fill is to maximum 100% fill.
Now I don't care as I got the profile already in my head , but I do zero my odometer and I always fill fuel to 100% as I track my maximum mileage per fuel tank for safety reason
when doing long distance run.
GCC country is hot, your AC load and engine will consume more fuel than colder country car if apple to apple use.
Same as my country, AC load is always high.
State of health of your car engine + drivetrain is unknown, this is another possibility...if you think your car is burning more fuel than it should.

Where do you hide such big fuel tank ?
I mean the rear undercarriage of W212 is already quite crowded, extra 22.5 + 22.5 liters per side is a lot, based on my 59 liters tank vs your 105 liters.....wow wow.

Google map calculation below based on 11:38PM start and red eye drive Jakarta to Surabaya with least traffic. Imagine when I start at 9AM. Below is based on 100% on paid highway.
The light blue region 13 hours 5 minute is extra 4+ hours if using non-highway. Dark blue is all paid highway.
My actual drive 9AM start . Every 2.0 to 2.5 hours I refuel and take a leak , and also one lunch stop. Total 3 stops, 4 logs.
Total 9.41 hours or 565 minutes merely to do 786KM / 488 miles, Jakarta to Surabaya.
Average speed 786/9.4 = 83KMH or 51.5 MPH
I spent sitting in the car eating like 25ish minutes….LOL. Log #2.
.
Log #3 is 117 minutes.
Where you see speed dip down to 80KMH / 50MPH that is how lots of people drive on a 100KMH highway.
Log# 4 last 40 ish minutes, that is already Surabaya internal city driving , hence average 30KM/H or 18MPH.
This is why my fuel burn is always high, even in paid highway.

Mine confirmed 59 liters, including 8 liters is the reserve ( warning light ).
Note, facelift E300 is 3.5L M276 de-tuned one, no more M272 true 3.0 L. Such E300 with 3.5L M276 engine won't be sold in market with extra luxury tax for engine above 3.0L.
