2017 e300
Mercedes me does not work 😠

Just nothing is working . Everything on the app does not work. I have registered my 2017 e300 but there is not a single thing on the app that works . I try to lock the car it does not work . I try to locate it does not . Nothing is working . What should I do ?

One of 2 things, poor network coverage or though you made the arrangement the service is not on. For me it works pretty well. Try to call again using the mercedes call button on the rear view mirror area.

may be you didn't agreed to the conditions of use or you didn't activate the services at the Mercedes me Portal.
Log in to the Mercedes me Portal and check this or call the Support 00800 1 777 7777. They will help you.

make sure that in phone settings notifications etc are on for the app , a well as in the app itself.
Btw, I don't know where you are but here in France only the dealer can add the car...

Thumbs down Mercedes Me app doesn't work

I have used it successfully in the past. Now it won't recognize my log in and password and won't let me set a new password. The reset window keeps jumping on both my mobile phone and my laptop. Called Customer Service and they can't figure it out. They can't delete the account and have me start a new registration. Anybody else having this problem?

Same problem

Mine does not work either. It tells me my car is in NY when I'm in FL. It will never start remotely, always tells me that the windows are down although they are not. Frustrating....

Have you tried clearing the cache and data for the app on your fone and logging in again?

I've found Mercedes Me to be pretty useless anyway. Unless you leave your car outdoors and want it started before you get in on cold days, it doesn't do much.

Contact your MB Service Dept. There is an update that they need to perform. The update will clear the error regarding windows open when trying to remote start your car.

I do it the other way around since we don't have cold days. I use it to cool the car before entering. Right now (16:50) it is 90°F.

The app does not work consistently especially the remote start. MB does nothing but promise you they are working on it. Thats a joke.

I got my wife a 2017 E 300 4MATIC, same problem, the car would not start, nor its locking or unlocking the door, it says "a signal has been sent to your car" but nothing. also when i click on "My apps" its giving me an error that internet is not part of my Mercedese me package? WTF?

any one has any suggestions?

Same thing happened to me after parking my car for 2 months without setting Standby Mode. Battery charge level dropped significantly. Start/Stop was suspended. Mercedes Me stopped working. I forgot what the message in the display said every time I started the car.

I trickle charged the battery for 3 nights straight until everything worked normally - including Mercedes Me. I’ve had no issues since.
