Mercedes Me - Problematic
Been trying to install/activate M-Me since new car purchase 1/31. Nothing happens. No lock, no remote start, but they take the CC immediately.
Less "how we monetize this" and a little more how does this work would be appreciated.....

Though the functions can be a little spotty due to the cell network, it work pretty good. I love the remote start and once you use the navigation feature you will never use another method to load your destination.

I had trouble registering my car to MMe until I picked up the phone and called tech support. I was guided through a registration that took about 15 minutes including them trying to sell me one of the premium services. I did not give them a CC or buy anything, the basic functions are free.
My first attempt to start the car remotely (which was parked in the open-door garage) failed. I learned that I could lock and unlock the car but when I tried to start it I got an error that a window was open but there were no windows open in the car. The app does warn you that the car must be in a well ventilated area so I thought to move the car outside. With the car removed from the garage and in the open air the remote starter worked well repeatedly.
I don't think that the problem was with the car's cell signal because the door locks worked while in the garage proving that the car was getting a signal. Maybe the blind spot and parking sensors could tell that it was in a garage preventing it from starting? This would be a terrible design feature for me being that I park the car inside, it's hard to believe that they would do that but it's all I got right now.
I'm also able to send a navigation destination to the car using the Send2Benz option and find the car's location.

Correct. If it wasn't simply push the "wrench" button on the roof and do it yourself.
