Wouldn't work here in the Northeast in real world driving! The first pot hole and those wheels are history!

Don't care at all for the hex bolts all the way around the wheels, sorry. Maybe they serve a purpose, but in my eyes, they just give the wheels a very dated look.

The P107 is a much better looking wheel to my eyes, but perhaps that is just me.
And if you're going to post wheels and invite people to let you know what we think, you have to accept that not everyone will like or appreciate your product. Your comment to JTK44 won't get you new customers.

Does the lifetime structural warranty cover damage caused by pot holes?
I also note the tires are 275X35X18: With that small a sidewall, you will feel every indentation in the pavement: IMO these wheels are the antithesis of German engineering: putting style over substance.
IMO, with a sidewall of 35 these wheels, in the real world, are totally impractical - but they look good!

We review each warranty claim case by case because no two scenarios are the same. Warranties are against any manufacturing defects, so if you were to accidentally curb your wheel, no, that would not be covered, but insurance could cover the instances where damage could be caused to the wheel that isn't a defect in manufacturing. I would just make sure that your insurance company is aware of the wheels on the car if you're worried about any potential issues from potholes. The biggest prevention of having a potential issue from potholes is buying a higher quality wheel option. Forged wheels offer superior durability and strength compared to cast wheels so they can take a beating in cities like Chicago, NYC, and other cities who are bombarded with potholes during the winter season. I know I would hate to be left stranded on the side of the road with wheel that's cracked from a pothole, so buying a higher quality and stronger wheel option (one which is stronger and more durable than your factory wheels I want to point out), is going to potentially provide that extra protection for you.

Maybe these wheels will work in Sunny California but as I posted they would be a disaster here in the Northeast, where we actually go out in our Mercedes in snow, ice, sleet and rain. I drive my Mercedes to mountains for skiing. If I arrived in Vermont with these wheels, I would be the laughing stock of the town - and you know what: The people in Vermont would be right!
There is a reason for the expression: City Slicker!
Perhaps, instead of insurance and endless claims, a better solution is not to buy wheels with tires that are 275X35X18!

The tires used on the setup above are 245/40/19 || 275/35/19. That is actually a Mercedes factory tire setup for this vehicle. In order to get a larger tire profile it would be recommended to move down to an 18" wheel so that you can use 45 for the front and 40 for the rear respectively.
We have hundreds of happy HRE clients that live in the Northeast that daily their cars in all conditions - some of them even with lower profile tires than found on this E-Class.
