Here's a way to Force a connection between the App and the car,
( For when you can't use any of the remote functions, and/or when the status of the car is shown incorrectly (unlocked, when it's definitely locked etc)
If you program "pre-entry climate control" and send it to the car, it reestablishes a connection.
You might need to try several times, but eventually it works.
It's as if the app "calls " the car, which will then "wake up"

when you program "pre-entry climate control", IE send the command to the car, it might not register.
So in the app, "pre-entry" will still be switched off.
but if you look at all the fonctions in the app, you'll see they are ready to be used
