Is your car equipped with it? If your car isn't part of the chip shortage (and not waiting for the retrofit) it should had some sort of Hermes module.

Hmmm it does, if the connected features were available in Japan then it has a Japanese SIM, which means it won't connect in other countries as it won't roam.

Yes, import from Japan to Cyprus. I check if my chassis number is compatible with Mercedes me, unfortunately not supported. I can’t to anything with this module?

oh I thought you were OP, my bad. but no, unless you can somehow get the SIM in the module to work but I believe it is eSIM.
