IIRC the cellular stuff is now handled by AT&T. rbrylaw would know.
You were just lucky on your SiriusXM. They aren't very swift at turning things off once a trial ends. UA549 is right about negotiating with them. I have to threaten to end my subscription on both cars once a year, in order to get a lower yearly price. It's a dumb game we have to play, but a game we have to play non-the-less.

I see Sirius says I should also be able to create Pandora based stations on the App much I would on the Pandora App. If this is correct which I still need to learn more about, I'm not sure I will need to continue paying for Pandora since SiriusXM bought them about a year ago. I need to determine if the SiriusXM app appears now on Apple Car Play. If it does, this in theory should work. If the App doesn't appear in Apple Car Play, then I'll still need to pay for Pandora as I often listen to Pandora in my car.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
As a bonus, having been a long time Pandora listener (even with Pandora One, the supposed highest bit-rate), when I chose the highest rate from the SiriusXM app, the sound is significantly better. Of course it comes with a warning that if you use this rate via cellular, you'll blow through data quickly. But I ONLY stream music via Wifi, so choosing the highest rate isn't an issue in that regard.

You have to do that online or in the app.
