W213 E400 - E53 Rear diffuser conversion

Hi All, does anyone know or had any experience with trying to replace or retrofit the standard E400 rear diffuser with the one off of the E53 sedan? I love the quad exhaust look the E53 has and just wondering if its a direct replacement?
Link below provided for the parts I'm looking at.

Thanks!

I'm interested in knowing as well. There are a few after market diffusers that are cool and the OEM AMG diffusers out there. Have you done this yet? I assume it's fairly easy.

No I haven’t done it yet, I really want to use OEM parts and my local dealer is pretty useless as they only search parts based on vin number. But I’m waiting for spring as I’m in Canada and it’s winter. If you find something let me know though.

2019 E450 4MATIC Coupe
It could be done easily
Ive done it to my coupe, and the same is the sedan, but different parts
I have part number for coupe only
If you need them for sedan, you should find any E53 sedan at the dealers place and take the photo of its VIN number, under the windshield. And after ask the dealer to find the parts you need using this VIN number

Yes it will
E43 has the same rear parts as any E-class (rear bumper, diffuser etc) in AMG package. except exhaust tips

Do you know where to get the 2020 OEM diffuser and pipe tips? I was at my dealership and couldn't find any help from parts yesterday. Thanks

use the link from the first post
or do like I told before. Find the E53amg vehicle at the dealership and take the pic of the vin number. Then use it at the parts department
I don't know part #s for sedan, sorry. I drive coupe, so there are different parts used

Or you can order replica parts from china, I have seen them in real life and the quality is great, like OEM

Thread revival.
Can someone please confirm. I just bought E43 2017 wagon (pics will follow next week once I get it) and I would like to change to E53 exhaust tips. Do I need the tips only or do I need to replace the difusor aswell?

Thanks!

Have you finished this???
You need to replace all. I have an 18' E43 and am doing the 53 Rear Diffuser. I've seen it done two ways but rest assured it's a breeze if you have or can use a lift for the job. Doesn't look difficult, just tedious. There's multiple YouTube videos on it. Essentially, you build the the tips right into the diffuser , as it comes separate on most packages.

Just joined the forum, and the first two mods on my to-do list is to swap in the w213 e53 AMG diffuser and quad tips on my 2020 E450. Just can’t understand why MB builds blank exhaust vents on these cars. My second mod is to swap out the front grill with a w213 panamericana AMG grill.

both items have been ordered and should be arriving in a week or two.

will post before and after pics when these are installed… I may create a mod thread for these just to capture things and help out others interested in similar mod.
