There are two updates per year. This one is the second update for 2023, even though they just released it now. 2024 data will come out sometime around summer and then the second 2024 update will be January of next year. They've been doing it like this as far as I can remember. I did the full manual update instead of only the OTA update for the home region. It just finished today. The manual update only takes about 30 minutes. I sat in the car yesterday for about 10 minutes and stopped at 25% and today I had to run a short errand and get the car washed, which was enough to get through the remaining 75%. Just in time in case something went wrong as the car goes in for annual service on Friday.
