Has anyone been able to use this facility on Mercedes me? My dealer indicated it exists and I just needed the order no but I cannot find any indicationsofsuch a service being live.

apologies for delay in replying I was waiting on my garage. When I ordered the car the sales rep said it was available and the press stuff from a couple of years ago indicated it was going live for Bremen where the EQC I am buying is made. He said I just need to register the order no. I have had a look around the Mercedes me site and cannot see anything remotely resembling a registration for such a system. I queried it by email and he said he had not had time to register it yet but would do so ( 3 days ago) but so far nothing in my Mercedes me account still only shows my current car. So I think you are right it is not live. If there is any change will let you know.

i dont know of anything like that. my sales rep sent me a netstar printout every week/otherweek... loved getting that printout.
