2020 E450 Wagon Alarm Issue Overnight
Hi All,
Last night my E450 wagon was parked in my garage and locked and the alarm went off at 1:50 something AM and then again at 3:40 something AM. At first I thought it was our third vehicle in our driveway so grabbed my Glock but when I got close to the door into the garage realized it was the MB. I looked around the garage and found nothing. Anyone have the same issue? I've had the car now for 15 months and never had this happen before. Thanks.

No more MB:(
These rare occurrences happen. Could be anything, even a close by frequency can set it off as they are pretty sensitive. If it happens again I'd take it in otherwise I wouldn't sweat it.

Unstable ALARM call...
It seems you car may have sleep apnea or sleepless gremlins.
Do you own a scanner? Do a quick scan looking for faults, particularly in busy Keyless, SAM and Doors modules.

This happened on my wife's cabriolet. MB replaced the alarm sender unit by the interior mirror (and the car battery as it kept being drained every time the alarm went off).
