RPM fluctuating on idle sometimes

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my W213 - 2016 220d. I have not waranty. After last oil and filter changing I saw problem. When I was on trafic jam I feel engine unevenly work. I was on my MB machanic. Checked fuel injectors, and lot of other parameters. He changed low presure valve (??) but problem not solved. Now he reset a settings of this valve and problem seems be bigger. he told the car should learn new setting within 200km.
It is only when car is idle. It doesnt metter P / D / N on each is the same. I do not made a photo from OBD but it was something like this:
This RPM down are not repeatable on time.

When I drive I do not feel nothing disturbing. Car has normal power and acceleration.

Anybody has similar problem? Where I can looking for a solve?

220Diesel air/vacuum leak

double check all the plastic air box fittings got reinstalled well after air filter replacement. Unmetered air disturbing pressure sensor likely causing that idle issue.

I saw mechanic checking fittings connections but I can try made it again.

Diagram with fuel pressure also look like this in my first post. So fuel presure go down for a moment. We can not find any erros on OBD.

your high pressure pump control may be at fault. I don't see exactly how this would happen after a service presumably low mileage car.

Keep tracking the fuel pressure topic 👍
