Strange Dashboard Electrical Noise
Hey all,
I just bought a CPO 2019 E300 4Matic. I'm noticing a very annoying high pitched beeping/buzzing noise coming from the dashboard.
It's faint and super high frequency, but verrrry annoying.
I'm bringing it back to the dealership for a look, but has anyone experienced this? Any insight into what it could be?

It needs 2 drops of lubrication + new air filtration cartridge.

The amplifier is actively toasting the center speaker.

It might be the amplifier or some sort of sensor noise.
While it's intermittent, I was able to record it:
