W213 tailgate malfunction

W213 tailgate malfunction
There is a w213, its tailgate opening automatically without any intervention while car is locked. So i scanned the vehicle, but no fault codes found in tailgate control unit. Then I disconnected the hands free access system under the bumper, but the fault is still present

Inspect connections to lock if fine liftgate ‘may’ need adjustment as it pertains to lock striker.

Thank you .. connections to the lock are good. How can be affected are the lock adjustments to this case? Could it be a fault in the tail gate control unit or the keyless go control unit? Because it is operating by electrically..

Are you using Xentry (MB diagnostics)? If not, I recommend doing so – erase all stored codes, run quick test. Without properly pulling codes and you claiming no codes I’m suggesting it 'may' indicate lock is not fastening properly whether it be lock mechanism itself or to striker.

(according to the customer complaint car tailgate opening itself the vehicle being locked. Its not happening often.. )
