Should be A2137201110.

I've seen posts and youtube videos about the hinge needing adjustment when the hinge becomes loose. Has not happened on our W213 cars but I'm wondering if this is all you need.

.
That Front LEFT lower hinge was replaced on my '18 W213. That part number is 213-720-12-10. The part number posted in the previous post, 213-720-11-10 is for the Front RIGHT lower hinge.

I had the same problem with my 2017 and bought a hinge from the junkyard!
But before i could get it painted and installed i had to service my car and MB tightend/adjusted the hinge for free
so i doubt its a hard thing to do and replacmen is not necessary.

Well its not the first time a dealership tried to scam someone or had employes with low knowledge, try to do it yourself or go to another mecanic!
