Service reminder
I have a US 2021 E450 Cabriolet. Is there a way to turn off the service reminder? I found this video,
, but I don't get the "Workshop" selection on my display. Not sure if the car in the video is a US car, or if it matters.

I tried the steps in the manual. I may have misunderstood a step. Here is what I did.
- Hood, door, trunk closed, but not locked.
- Pressed the start button without foot on brake pedal.
- Trip and total milage show up in the multi-function display.
- This step I tried both ways and couldn't get the result. First pressed and held the Back button for 1.5 seconds, released the Back button and pressed the Navigation button. Second, pressed and held the Back button for 1.5 seconds, and still pressing the Back button, pressed the Navigation button.

FWIW:
I just reset my service reminder on my 2019 E450. Here is the procedure that I followed:
Close doors
Turn on ignition
Go to home button and go to trip
Make sure total mileage is displayed
Hold home button (on right side of steering wheel) for several seconds and then press scroll button – maybe twice
Vehicle data, Dynameter test, Brake pad replacement and Assyst Plus come up
Scroll down to Assyst Plus
Switch on ignition to activate
Scroll back to Service data, full service and scroll down to Full Service
Confirm full service
Grade Oil 229.5
Yes
Confirm
You are now reset
Hope this helps

Here are the methods I've tried:
- Press and hold the Home button for several seconds, then release and press the scroll button
- Press and hold the Home button for several seconds, then while holding the Home button tap the scroll button. No movement to cause a click for the scroll press because the Home is depressed.
- Press and hold the Back button for several seconds, then release and press the scroll button

MY W213 Button configuration
I bought an iCarsoft MB V2.0, but that did not support the W213. It had a manual reset method that it offered for other models, but they didn't work. iCarsoft makes a CR Max, which they say does support the W213, but it's over $300. Can't justify that for a reset function. If anyone has a CR Max, if you can post the "Manual reset" procedure, it would be greatly appreciated.

This is solved for me. The video at the top works for me. The problem was that just pushing the start button once is not enough. You have to press it a second time in order to get to the screen where all the warning lights are on.
