I'm looking to buy a 2019 E450 wagon. It lists option 489 AIRMATIC DUAL CONTROL / AIR SUSPENSION SEMI-ACTIVE. Can anyone tell me if that's the 4 wheel Air Body Control (Airmatic) or just the 2 rear air shocks that are standard with the Wagon?

AFAIK, Airmatic is always all four corners.

Damping Force Adjustment:

Air Spring Adjustment:
The air suspension can change the air pressure in the air springs, allowing the vehicle to maintain a consistent ride height regardless of load.
