Hi All,
Watching a video online about the Mercedes app and I can see “Charging programs” as an option in the “Charge status” section. This would allow me to set charging limits for different locations, BUT… when I look at the app on my phone I don’t see this option at all. I have the latest version of the app installed.
Before I contact Mercedes I want to check that this isn’t just a limitation of the model I have: it’s a UK mid-2022 E-Class 300de estate.
So is this a bug, or an app option I’m not paying for, or just that the car doesn’t do this? Can’t find anything else about this online…

Must be some kind of a bug. I'm from Europe and my app still shows those profiles (on a 223 though but MY 22). You could ask on a UK forum for better local knowledge.
Report from the app itself, at least I've found that much better than asking from the dealer.
Is it 300de actually, not 350 de?

Can you access charging profiles from the car? Either MB has configured the car differently from a W223 or the app feature is not available in France. It is odd but the supported feature set differs even between EU countries, don't understand why.
I'm pretty sure this applies only to electric cars
If you look at the screenshot it says 295 miles battery
i don't see why it would be needed on the small hybrids battery...?
I have the profiles on the app and on the car menus and my car is a plug-in hybrid. Perhaps it is about the MBUX generation, first generation versus second generation?
This E-class seems to have the max AC charging current setting like our pre-facelift W213 used to have. The 223 does not have this, only the option to set maximum SOC and maximum DC-charging power.
but does the w213 have the 2nd gen mbux ?
i thought it was the 1st gen and pre-facelift was comand ?
you are comparing it to your S-class right, which don't think is the same ...
