Advice for Fixing Interior Buttons
I have a 2016 E-Class with Brown steering wheel/buttons and black window control buttons. Many of the buttons are chipping.
Any advice on kits I can purchase to replace the buttons?
I've also tried reaching out to local (southern california) car repair companies to see if anyone repaints interior details and so far no luck!

Don't go for stickers. They're a cheap and straightforward "fix" but the results are also gimmicky.
There are plenty of aftermarket replacements for 212 interior buttons (it's an extremely common issue...,) and most of them require very minor interior disassembly to replace, but is well worth it in the end.
For example, the door lock/unlock buttons can be popped out and replaced in twenty seconds with a small flathead. Same with the window switches. The steering wheel should be a little more involved but still not too difficult.
Just be careful around the airbag. And there are a lot of exact replacement guides for almost all of them on YouTube.
Window switches (C-Class, but should be identical):
