Worldwide System Outage

Worldwide System Outage
Mercedes Benz dealerships in my area are displaying a banner on their websites about a worldwide outage. They don’t have access to their system and sales staff can’t see their calendars. If you’re expecting an update on your order it may not be available. Hopefully they’ll have it fixed soon because sales are impacted.

If so ya so many dealerships use them, I can't even count which dealerships don't use CDK Global, they handle everything and it is an American company.

I picked up my E450 yesterday and it still looks like all functionality hasn't be restored yet. The dealership gave me a temporary tag as they couldn't o the plate transfer from my trade-in to my new E450.

Been waiting almost 2 weeks to pickup my '24 GLC300 due to an incorrect door jam sticker. It is posted as a recall so they can't actually show it as sold. Problem compounded by CDK issue. I am riding around in my '17 GLS550 that I traded in. The dealer put a short term temp tag on which expired. So they put another one on Monday. It expires next Monday. New stickers due this Friday. Fingers crossed.
