For anyone that had the staggered Bridgestones this is a deal
I dunno why tire rack is selling the wide rear tires so cheap but it’s a deal. Still doesn’t seem to open up to the tires though. They can be manually entered for the rear size. The tires $104 dollars which is a deal.

It says 113.47 per tire original price is 561.94, set of 4 is 453.88

It is a good deal indeed, I am in Canada so it doesn't benefit me though, good deal though OP.

Oh I thought the size was 35. My bad. It would be pretty close though although probably not advisable with the awd setup.

Is strange because tire rack does not even list the 285 40s. That’s why I made the assumption that it was the 35s. That’s one reason I didn’t go with the staggered option. Tough sometimes to find both sizes available. In my size the 255 s 20s they are 271 dollars each. Still not a bad deal. Although I’ll probably go with the Conti dws06 extreme contact tires when these where out at least I could drive the car in snow then if need be.

Wonder if they are trying to clear old stock? ie. it is manufactured last year? check the date code after DOT.
