Just to be clear, there are no income limits on the lease credit.

The purchase credit is not available. Price greater than $55K and not assembled in USA.

interesting the wagon doesn’t have pricing up yet but sedan has it.
It might be an error. But I actually think it's because they (very annoyingly) announced an Edition 1 wagon only available in Alpine Gray. The product update shared with dealers says it is "exclusive" so they might be restricting availability for new orders now that it's announced? (I had heard they might've skipped the E1.)

Question about the red seat belts. When I ordered the car, the dealer said that you cannot get the red belts with the tonka/black interior. is that correct? wondering what color seat belts my wagon will come with.

If you opt for the "AMG Performance Seat Package", you can certainly pair the red belts with the Tonka/black interior.

I believe this is an invalid combination. The red seat belts are only compatible with 651 (black MB-Tex/Microfaser) or 851 (Black nappa leather). It looks like the US configurator shows them with all interior color choices.

Just a guess on my part. It's not official. But given how they worded the release, it makes sense.

It seems the ordering guide from May/my order and the online configurator now have some small differences in options

from what I can see, I have an option
additional usb ports 72B $70
sun protection package DB9 $800

on the configurator it has
manual rear sunshades $380
advanced usb package $300

not sure if there’s any difference in the options or if they are just named differently.

I suspect there are errors. Netstar would be the most accurate information. As an example, the carbon fiber package mentions mirrors AND rear spoiler. This is only applicable to the sedan. The wagon has a body-colored spoiler. Both are priced the same.

I assume that the sun protection package went down in price from the sedan to the wagon because, in the wagon you only have the two side windows, whereas in the sedan you also have the rear window.

Another good example. The sedan's shade is motorized and utilizes a different driver's door switch, which means more expensive parts.

Good news on the sedan front. Mine showed up at the dealer this morning. It is currently being PDI'd, windows tinted and detailed. Hopefully picking it up later or tomorrow. I am super pumped and hope everyone else gets their cars soon.

Wonderful, looks great and nice to see that from port to dealership didn’t take too long!

Im not sure if my car is at the port yet, my dealer is giving me contradicting info.

If @wdimagineer is able to have any insight onto a silver wagon going to MB Manhattan, that would be great. (That’s mine) Happy if he shares pricing or any info for everybody if he gets it.

Does anyone know the invoice price vs the MSRP price for the E53 wagon? I want to make an offer on one that is about 3% below the out-the-door price and want to make sure I am not insulting the dealership.

HA! Is there any wiggle room on the E53 MSRP price? Or because I am custom ordering that there is no wiggle room? I have never purchased a custom ordered car so this is all new to me and I want to be prepared if I make an offer that if they say no I can walk away. I contacted all the dealerships in about a 2 hour drive from here. Some have said that they can't get the Alpine Grey. One said they won't have an allocation for another quarter. Two have said they can do the Alpine Grey and this is one of them...waiting to hear from a couple more...

The Alpine Gray question is just a fact. The dealer may or may not be wrong, but whether or not it is available is up to Mercedes, not up to any dealer. You can negotiate off of MSRP for a special order in my experience.

I always custom order from the factory. The offer to purchase contract I use has in addition to the vehicle description/specifications, a price, a deposit, my accept/reject prior to delivery and a deliver on or before date. The dealer can either accept or reject the terms of my offer. In over 50 years I've only had one offer rejected by the dealer and several where I rejected the vehicle mostly due to missing features/options.
