Do these replace the stock cats? Any droning? CELs?

Thats a great deal. I just had a custom stainless X Pipe fabricated and installed in place of my rear converters and picked up around 10hp and 12ftlbs......but i paid $800.

The newer version is made by Stillen and looks like it has less pieces so it should be cheaper to manufacture. I prefer v2 because it looks to flow better. I spoke with C63_Guy last year and he told me that the "Siamese" version (like v2) also flows better. For what it is worth, my web reading suggests that the cross-over x-pipe like v1 could also produce some hissing noise as the flow crosses over.
