NEW SLR Camshafts
Hey anyone,
have these for a while now but got lucky and had the opertunity to get hands on CLK-DTM Camshaft. So after all ... i have no need for these babys.
BRAND NEW ORIGINAL SLR CAMSHAFTS! Merry Christmas!
Asking 1800$ shipped worldwide. Located in Germany so please be aware of any customs fee that can be added by customs control.
These M155 Camshafts fit the M113 N/A or S/C Engines with a little modification and should gain 15-20rwhp or more on modified engines.

I have a Kleemann supercharged SLK55 ... what modifications would I need? What's the justification for extra hp with these, have we seen this swap before?

yeah, there are several M113 S/C in this forum with SLR Cams. As far as i know there are spacers needed to fit the cams into the M113 Engines because of the different heads used on the M155 Engines but just search the forum for SLR Cams ...
I never did this swap because i had the opertunity to buy CLK-DTM Cams for my engine ...

Jackpro1 was the first to do the SLR swap. I think he used to have pics of the 1.5 mm spacers he made. I seem to remember them looking pretty simple and easy to make. I tried to find them but all I can find is him talking about them.

@kb24forlife24, no ... as i installed 55k Cams in my 55 engine i didnt change anything. As the 55k Engines have double valve springs i dont know if you can change them that easy without changing the valves itself.
@mertd93, no ... sorry. only had the oppertunity to get a set of a non sold CLK-DTM Convertible.
@Max.H, i did not have the chance to measure the cams but i had my car on the dyno before and after. hat 600hp before and 623hp after.

Nope, i have a W210 with 55k Engine from W220.
Almost anything you can modify on a M113. SLR Injecotrs, CLK-DTM Cams, MKB Headers, 172mm Crank Pulley, -4mm Supercharger Pulley, Heatspacer for the Supercharger, 82mm TB, BMC AirFilters, 0580 Supercharger, Wrapped Intercooler, 2 Pierburg CWA100 Pumps, Killer Chiller System.
For sure i forgot something :-D
