M156 Thermal gasket, OEM Breather Pipe,(10) bolts
Lowers intake manifold temperature by 15-20 degrees due to the thermal barrier between the intake manifold and the heads.
Breather pipe should be replace at 40-50k and the intake manifold must be removed and bolts replaced to change the breather pipe.

Breather pipe should be done at 40k-50k and intake manifold has to be removed to do it. Why not upgrade to thermal gaskets while you're at it?
