The EQB British owners manual mentions nothing about trailer towing that I can find. Does that mean the EQB is not rated for trailer towing?

Since there is no hitch option the answer is no.

The dealer guide in the USA does not mention one, however when we spec'd our EQB at our dealer in April one was listed in the MB order system. Has that changed?

I'm sure it will. There is no hitch for the GLB 250 for the USA.

Built an EQB350 with our dealer on Netstar today and he said Netstar is not showing anything about a hitch receptacle for the EQB line.

Yes, the dealer mentioned it is a stand alone option, as well as the dashcam. He also mentioned a roof spoiler and floor mats. Wonder if these are actually port installed accessories. He also said Netstar is showing the MBUX Assistant as a standalone option versus being in the Tech Package. Finally Netstar is showing an option called Parking Damage Detection. He is going to try to get the details regarding what it is.
