Mercedes Me now updated for Tesla superchargers
Carried this over from sedan thread
I also got an in app (Mercedes Me) mail (live in SW FL) informing me of Tesla supercharger access. Had to enable NACS adapter via toggle sw in charging status in app and the tesla superchargers show up in the app map. Have not checked my EQE SUV mbux screen yet. Interesting that I did not get an IOS app update. The MMe app version still is 3.51.0 and was same version last week

Plug & Charge not working for Tesla supercharger

able to navigate to Tesla and start the charge from in car mbux. Plug & Charge not recognized by Tesla but is recognized by Electrify America stations. Was hoping plug & charge would work without going to the dealer for the software update.
My success path was to start the charge via mbux screen and then plugging in the charger w/ adapter to the car socket. Once connected in the socket the blue light started flashing and then connected. (similar sequence when using Tesla app) Maybe plug & charge needs a few days for the computers to all update

The chargers are already appearing on the MBUX map as of today. If you get your Mercedes-Benz app notification, you can select that you have an authorized MB NACS adapter. See the thread in the sedan section, I've included pictures. They do show up, and the car does pre-condition. However, it may be that plug-and-charge will only work when a 15118 certificate is installed. We'll see.

I could not see the Tesla charger on my MBUX screen. How do they show? When I asked the navigation system for charger routing to a Telsa (or NACS) charger, I only got Chargepoint and EVGO chargers. My ME app is toggled for the fact that I have the authorized adapter. What's the secret here?

I found for the Mercedes Me app, I needed to change the filter settings. Turn off Mercedes Me Charge card AND Plug & Charge to get the Telsa stations to show.
I did not receive information on needing the car to be updated, but perhaps this is why I need to turn off the Plug & Charge setting to get Tesla locations to show.

UPDATE: My appointment to update the Plug and Charge in the MBUX has to be rescheduled as the required software is not yet available. The only thing that was going to happen was a sticker was going to be added to my charging door. You would think that Mercedes would have finished the development of the software concurrent with the release of the adapter. Anyway, I'll just use the Tesla App to pay for the charging session when I need it.
