What about watching a movie while waiting 30 minutes at DC Fast Charger? I'd still like to know what is involved to do it. Frankly, the car should allow videos via Netflix, Hulu, etc. when parked. And even allow the passenger to watch a movie while the car is in motion.

Yes, works very well. I bought this one and have had no issues.
I have the rear entertainment system and this has an aux HDMI output to send video to the back seats (ok to drive) and I watch on the front when I am waiting on my kid to get done at the gym. Agree not cool to never watch while driving but lots of other use cases to watch in front.
this particular box has google play store so you can download other apps. I have a YouTube tv subscription so can watch live tv via the box. Car internet is fast if you buy that sub or connect to your phone hotspot. This unit even allow you to put in a SIM card and have built in internet
if you look at the manufacturers website, the demo videos were taken showing it running on a new MBUX screen

The car allows videos when parked. I have a couple of movies on an SD card in my '18 E300 to watch while waiting. Browser support that was originally part of the entertainment system in my E300 was discontinued along with other features in 2019. That being said, if you have a browser and internet access you should be able to view OTA video.

P.S.- I looked on Amazon. Will this work in the EQS?

I am pretty illiterate with modern electronics so pardon the following question. Since there is no SD Card slot in the EQS is there some sort of adapter?
P.S.- I looked on Amazon. Will this work in the EQS?

I have a 256GB microSD containing 2 movies and 3,000 flac lossless audio tracks plugged in my console for entertainment while on th go. The audio is set to random play.
