Does anyone have suggestions where to take the car for first tire rotation? DIY is not an option for me. Is the dealer the best option or Costco? I used to have a Tesla and for awhile, Costco wouldn’t service my tires so I’m wondering if lifting an EQS suv would also be something they don’t want to do.

The dealer would likely do the job well, for a price you might want to understand before you go and have a chance to find a seat first!
Alternatively, I would find a Discount Tire or similar tire store that would know the proper torque settings for the bolts and apply them...even as you watch.
You may be using the word "tires" generally, but there is no service to be done to the tires. This is a NASCAR type pit stop....lug nuts out, move the wheel/tire assembly, and lug nuts back in.
Assuming you don't have staggered wheels. If have a 3rd row, then you do have staggered wheels and cannot rotate front to back.
I do have a third row. What do I do? Tell them only to switch right and left? I do have a Discount Tire near me. Do you guys trust them to lift the car properly without damaging the battery area? I’m almost at 5000 miles so it’s probably time for a rotation soon.

Check your owner’s manual for the recommended rotation pattern. All modern vehicles (recent decades) have identifiable and recommended lift points.
I have the 580 sedan and just had the dealer rotate my tires. $54 FYI. HOWEVER, for the sedan it does have a significant difference in tire pressure front to back. The tech at the dealership didn’t catch this and readjust the respective tire pressures.
Of course on my drive home I get a low pressure warning for the back tires, with the associated safety features disabled.
Luckily for me I have a compressor at the house and was able to fix everything.
