Remote engine start on 2024EQS 45+ SUV

I received an email from MBUSA after a recent buy of my 2024 EQS 450+ SUV. The email has a video of the Mercedes Me Connect features. The home screen of the app shows an "engine" icon and has a totally different look from my home screen. I looked closer and see that the home screen is for the sedan and perhaps the SUV does not have this feature. Anyone have this screen for the SUV?

Well, one is an EV, the picture shown is an ICE vehicle, can you show a picture of what you see on your app as well?

Moreover, this is an older version of the app. The UI of the app has changed multiple times over the years. The latest one looks quite different. They keep changing the UX of the homescreen. The app just received an update the other day with another change to the homescreen. It now shows the remaining range more prominently.

Technology moves faster than the marketing etc. departments can keep up with. It's not unique to cars. Much of the information out there is outdated by now as the respective apps and systems get frequently updated. The latest update to the app also introduces the Apple Watch app which has been missing so far. So now you can do some of this from your Apple Watch if you have one.

Since the EQS is an EV, there is no engine to start. However, you can pre-condition the interior by remotely turning on the A/C or heat. In the MB app, there's a fan icon. That will turn on the climate control system.
