MB CP apps charging transactions not available
Does anyone having problems viewing charging transactions on Mercedes Me and Chargepoint apps? I'm haven’t seen any charging transactions on either apps all week.

I have no such data in Mercedes Me. However, all my home charges are listed in the Charging Activity section of the ChargePoint app, with the estimated cost based on my electric providers rates.

You can view all your charging activities on your Mercedes Me app and ChargePoint app. Last transaction was on Feb 10. I tried deleting the apps and signing out and back in but still no luck. It weird that both of my apps stop showing my charge transaction at the same time.

I had the same issue, I had a few transactions right after I bought the car in November. Then they all disappeared and I could not see anything. Now in the last 1-2 days my Mercedes Me seems to have updated and all of sudden I have a option on the home screen to see transactions and they are all back including ones in December I never saw in the first place.

Not me. I just charged at a level 3 charger here in San Antonio, and there is still nothing on the transactions page.

Not me either. None of my charging sessions show up on my Mercedes me connect app. I just charged at an EA charger 2 days ago and the app remains blank.

I charged twice at EA in the last four days. Neither transacton is on either app. Wow....could it be that electricity is now FREE!!! OK, calm down...

If you set up your Charge point account it should also show all your EA charging transactions, it's exactly the same as on Mercedes Me Connect transactions. But now both apps transaction are gone, last transaction was 2/10. It's nice to see how much electricity you're using each month and how much. I like to show my Tesla fanboys how much I pay for electricity which is ZERO! LOL
