adding new feature : Transparent Hood, Memory Parking Assist, self-auto lane change

I checked the EQS manual 2023 version and It seems the following features come as a standard feature for some of the trims and I was wondering if anyone received those through the recent software version (330) or they can be added manually in the dealership?

Transparent Hood:
Memory Parking Assist:
self-auto lane change: (Minute 6 )

First one requires a camera but latter two seems like software only or it could be sensors being better in EQE (smaller car, more coverage)

However it is unlikely that Mercedes would do an update with features like that. They are not known to be that company.

actually the first one is AI image (no physical camera) and the other two are just software update

Seriously? That's lame then and in that case I think my EQS SUV has it already (software version 229 329). In the offroad mode, when I activated the camera it told me to start driving forward like the video there. I thought transparent bonnet was about having an additional camera that showed you what was under the car real time not just computation.

Out of the 3, I would really love the automatic lane change to be added and I hate to admit this but I wouldn't mind paying ~100$-200$ for it since it would be such a convenient feature on the highway.

software version 229 or 329 ? You see below option in your off road mode page on the main screen?

Surely the image is built from a physical camera in the first place (360 front camera?). I guess you mean the car then uses a recorded image/video and shows it at the appropriate position when the car moves forward. I.e. a combination of the physical front camera image in real time plus a recorded view from the area that is not visible any more.

Sorry, it is 329 I made a typo. Yes I have that button and also the feature in video. It is useless though since I can already see what will be under me before starting driving. I was thinking it shows under your car before you start driving thus the additional camera.

I believe the thing you showed third is part of a package not avaliable in the US, and the feature in video three is only currently on the EQE SUV.

I've got an EQE SUV in the garage as a loaner. It tried to do automatic lane changes a bunch of times yesterday, as I had to drive more than usual around my metro area. Not fully trustworthy, at least in a busy traffic situation. I overrode it most of the time. Not sure we're missing much (at least in its current iteration) in our EQS's.

EQE350 SUV 4MATIC
It is only operational on a multilane highway. When driving on an open 4 or 5 lane highway it sometimes decides to unnecessarily change lanes. Otherwise I have found it very trustworthy and safe.

I think it would be a nice feature under ideal circumstances, like on a long interstate drive w/o packed traffic. I hope our EQS's get this feature eventually. Just wasn't great when packed in a 4 lane highway with many semis and construction. I've got a new EQB coming in a couple weeks (the EQS is primarily my wife's car)...hope that has this feature.
