Hi All.. I've noticed in the last 10 days or so my app stopped showing charging time finish time when I charge.. It shows fine inside the car but not on app anymore.. I got the screenshot from another user in the forum as it seems like its not only me having this issue.. is there anything we can do or just wait for devs to update the bug eventually in the app... here is the link from where i got the additional users... https://www.mbeqclub.com/threads/app...ish-time.3802/
Has anyone else noticed the MercedesMe app is no longer displaying an estimate of when the charge will finish? The estimate shows up on the in-car display, but no longer in the app:
Where are you from? This same issue has existed in Europe for several weeks. It used to be worse for a while, not even the battery charge level visible an no way to adjust some settings. They brought a new menu with charging time planning (as opposed to planning charging pauses) but this was removed. Now everything else is working but the estimated end of time for charging is still missing. This will surely get fixed soon, within a few months.
So, it seems to be an issue with the app itself.. I'm in in USA and using an android phone galaxy s24 and it appears that it works on the iphones from what i can see. I already reached out to the app support to notify them as we can see issue is growing up, there was even a comment or two in the app reviews itself that the estimated time is missing all of a sudden. The app support contacted me last night and escalated to level 2 engineers but they also needed additional info from me that i provided, so lets see if it will get fixed and how soon. If you want to email them as well to let them know that you have the same issue use this email: me-connect.usa@cac.mercedes-benz.com
Might be useful to know the app version (including build and SDK) for android and iPhones for those that work and those that do not.
I'm on android Galaxy S24 Version 14 and the app is version 3.47.0 Build 2046, SDK 2. 124.0 and still not working for me.. Awaiting response from app support after I submitted all required info they requested to look into the issue.

Yes it looks like all the screenshots with missing time are Android. iOS is working perfectly. I also get the estimated charging duration and charge summary on my lock screen.

Still would be useful to know your app version for iOS. The app for the US market is different from ours but when we had these issues, the latest iOS app and the latest Android app behaved the same way. Would be useful if someone tested this on both Android and iOS with the same car.
Yeah...I still have the same issue as I started the post. I've contacted app support and have been exchanging info and emails with them for couple of weeks now and every time they say its escalated to tier 2 support and they are working on the issue but no eta. I've told them that the previous version of the app for android 3.46.0 is working fine (which i have on my other phone and I did not update on purpose) and the last update 3.47.0 does not work properly. So, still waiting, I've asked if there is place we can download or downgrade the version and they said no. So, hopefully they fix with next release soon.
