Comfort Door Activation for EQS from Europe, yes, just by coding!
Dear all EQS owners, if your car has no Comfort Doors like below video: do check with us with your VIN, or you can do VIN decoder to see whether your car has option 9S8, 67B, 68B.
you can now get these features working by just remote coding:
1: Step on brake and hold to close the driver door.
2: Use Key button (hold unlock button to open the driver door)
3: All four doors are controllable in MBUX screen, open and close by your finger, one button to close all doors.
4: Touch door handle sensor to close and lock the door.

I have been looking for a used EQS quite extensively and I have yet to see those option codes on any car. Did this start a particular year?
USA might not have this setup. So try to source it from EU: 2021 year EQS580, first few batches. But this can be retrofitted, by installing motors and modules. Like the below video, we did this for an S Class Maybach in Philippines:
1: Two Extra Switches on the rear roof panel.
2: Comfort door menu in MBUX screen
3: One touch to close the door from outside
4: One pull to close the door from side
Whole kit available for sale: all genuine Mercedes brand new parts.

According to my experience, relative difficult job. Yes, can be retrofitted in all EQS, all 296 297 can option for this Comfort Doors.

Yes. No Prob. this K46 is for all EQS (296 297), EQE(294 295), SL (232), S (223), E (214), GLC (254), C(206), CLE (236), as long as you have P20 or 23P, then you can activate K46*.
*K46 is country dependent, if your car is not from USA, CHINA, EU, Singapore, please check with me for availabitily.

Please figure out some magic coding that will make a 2023 EQS SUV select the driver profile automagically based on what key was used to unlock/wake up the car, and then also move the freakin' seats before/as you get in.

I think you can complain this to your dealer, I believe they can fix it very quickly free of charge. No need to pay to others.

enet is ethernet cable?
Do i need a specific enet cable for MB or any simple enet cable will do?
See above photo, enet cable is not normal ethernet cable for laptop to router. it connects laptop RJ45 port (ethernet port) and car OBD2 port (16 pin). If your laptop doesn't have RJ45, then you need buy USB-to-Ethernet adaptor like blow

It is generic, suitable for all DoIP device: BMW, mini, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Maybach, Audi, VW, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar, Lamborghini etc. All use this same enet cable, I think bmw is first one so people called bmw enet cable.
Mercedes has its official enet cable but cost around €150+, the only difference is looks a bit higher quality, who want to buy original Mercedes one, we have one pc in stock.

We do the coding via internet. So the coding is done on my laptop in front of me. Enet and your laptop is like a super long cable let my laptop connect to your car.
