So, this happened today...
I did have to send it back 2x. Thanks to everyone on this forum, I knew things to look for. The seat belt cover on the driver's side was loose. They took it in the back and fixed it in about 5 minutes. The second thing happened during my check of gaps. The passenger door on the driver's side was not aligned properly. It was too high. He again took it back and returned in 5 minutes. The tailpipes passed inspection - lol. My husband thought I was crazy being on my knees peering inside the exhaust tips. It has been a super fun experience so far!

Congratulations !!!! And many happy miles in your new car.
They removed the big star for some kind of patchwork when we were there in April.

Not really. I just read all the complaints and kept a list. The one called "niggles" has some good info and the "acoustic glass" and the windshield wiper one too.
