here's a rough timeline of the day's activities:
11:00 Meet officially starts.
11:15 Early bird raffle
11:30 Meet & greet / photoshoots
12:00 Lunch at TJ's (optional)
1:00 Second batch of raffles
1:30 Meet & greet / photoshoots
2:00 Special Prizes to #100 and oldest MB present
2:15 Announce specs & highlights of some special MB's present
2:30 Third batch of raffles
3:00 Fun Drive prep (pass out maps / jockey for position)
3:30 Fun Drive begins (fast group & cruise group - Irvine Canyon)
4:15 Fun Drive returns to TJ's
4:30 Last batch of raffles
4:45 Thanks to our promotional give-away donors, TJ's, and volunteers
5:00 Early dinner / drinks at TJ's
so please let me know if you or anyone else for that matter can make it OFF the "Maybe" list and put you on the "Attending" list.
