I spoke with Rob Allen last night at an AMG dinner at a local dealership. He was really cool and was excited about this event. I will definitely be there with some friends (MD/DC/VA crew). If its good weather we will have alot of people coming. The track day will be with the Porsche club and will be 40 bucks. He saw my car and liked it! He said I HAVE to bring it to the event. That made my day! I cant wait for this event! I should have some secret mods in by then

Guys - I hope I can make Aug 26th. I've got a keen infatuation with AMG cars and though I don't have one I'll probably poke my head/car in for a bit. Oh, and take some photos.

Oh this is definitely happenin bro. It happened last year and I talked to Rob Allen (president of AMG North America) a couple weeks ago and he said its definitley happenening. Even having a track day with the Porsche club. He was asking me what he should give away at the event. I'll finally get to meet you ands hopefully you will have a s/c by then. If things work out for me I will have a 55 s/c by then too.

Please send info to registration Vik... I have too many people coming to count heads on forum, I already have about 15 cars signed up and Im not even out of the long weekend. Trying to keep an EXACT number for MBUSA and Porsche club of America.
